My husband, Arthur Sharpe Kerr whose Dad was Thomas Bernard Kerr who married Ruby Bernice Kerr is looking for his 2 half brothers who are Ruby and Thomas' 2 sons, Donald & Thomas Kerr.
We have been looking to find them for years to reconnect, If you can please help us in our search, it would mean the world to us as we were told that Richard Smart was Ruby's Executor at her time of death on July 3, 1999.
