Obituary of Margaret Appleton

 Margaret May Appletonpeacefully surrounded by her loving family at Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion's Head Sunday evening December 14, 2014.  Margaret Appleton (nee See) of Lion's Head and formerly of Willowdale in her 92nd year.  Cherished wife of the late Kenneth Appleton (2008).  Loving mother of Ron Appleton and his wife Sandra Laurie of Halifax, Nova Scotia and Karen Loney and her fiance Don Stauffer of Miller Lake.  Special grandmother of Elizabeth (Benjamin McNaull), Matthew Loney, Jeremy Loney (Jessica), David Loney (Kate) and Stephen Appleton (Marisa Greek) and great grandmother of Ephraim Loney and Jacob McNaull.  Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her brothers Frank and Reginald.  The funeral service will be conducted from the BETHEL MISSIONARY CHURCH, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to service.  Interment Heise Hill Cemetery, Gormley Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m..  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head.  Expressions of remembrance to Teen Challenge or the Golden Dawn Nursing Home would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcome through the link below. I would like to Send Condolences Back to Notices Home | History | Services | Our Facilities | Notices | Contact Us | Links
