Obituary of Christena McCutcheon

McCUTCHEON, Christenaof Brantford, and formerly of Lion's Head, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 1, 2011 in her 91st year.  Cherished mother of Bill (Evelyn) McCutcheon of Brantford and mother-in-law of Roy Liverance of Pike Bay and Betty McCutcheon Toms of Owen Sound.  Special grandmother of Christa, Earlby, Cathy, Devan, Darryl, Dennise, Bill, Melissa and Scott as well as numerous great grandchildren.  She will be sadly missed by her sister Kate Mielhausen of Lion's Head and sisters-in-law Suzy McLay of Wiarton and Patsy Thompson of Lion's Head as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Christena was predeceased by her husband Earlby, son Allan, daughters Anne Liverance and Marybelle Walker, son-in-law Barry Walker, parents Mary Susan (Smith) and Charlie McLay, brothers Lyle, Dan and Malcolm and sister Margareta.Visitation will be held at the DAVIDSON CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at Lion's Head United Church on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Norma McLeod and Rev.
