Obituary of Joyce Saunders

SAUNDERS, Joyce MaeNo fanfare marked her passing; no scribes extolled her worth.She has gone to join her beloved husband Don; beyond the bonds of time and earth.Mrs Joyce Mae Saunders (nee Neal) of Stokes Bay passed away at Golden Dawn Nursing Home in Lion's Head on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 in her 75th year. She leaves behind her cherished daughter Kim Arnott of Creemore, Ontario. Also her nieces Kimberly Neal-Tabib and her husband Dan and Kelly Neal-Breznai and her husband Carl, all of Frederick, Maryland. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Sarah, Emily and Daniel of Creemore and Megan, Collin and Miranda of Frederick Maryland. Jack Burley, Beverly Case, Kathy Schultz and Martin Hogarth fondly remembered for all their kind help. Also sadly missed by neighbours Jo-anna and Randy Wilson and their children Spencer and Kylea, whom she dearly loved. Predeceased by her husband Don, her parents Leona (Jacob) and Leonard Neal and her brother Ronald Neal. Many special friends in Fort St James, BC and Frederick, Maryland, will miss her humour and lively letters.Family and friends are invited to share their memories and stories at the DAVIDSON CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Sunday, April 17, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Cremation to follow with interment in Stokes Bay Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Lion's Head Hospital would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
