Obituary of Ivan Phillips

PHILLIPS, Ivanof Lion's Head passed away at Lion's Head Hospital on Friday, August 27, 2010 in his 81st year. Cherished husband of Michelle and dear father of Christian and his wife Holly of Brampton. Special grandfather to Michael and Nolan. Ivan was predeceased by his parents Catherine and Lewis Phillips.Visitation will be held at the DAVIDSON CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Monday, August 30, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Ivan's life will be held at the PENTECOSTAL COUNTRY CHURCH, 2627 Highway 6, Lion's Head on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Chris Mirrlees officiating. Cremation to follow. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
