Obituary of Kay Myles

MYLES, Kathleen 'Kay'of Lion's Head passed away at her residence on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 in her 86th year. Cherished mother of Linda (Bill) Gallinger of Owen Sound, Beryl (Murray) Baker of Barrie, Wayne (Angela) Myles of Lion's Head, Carman (Lisa) Myles of Lion's Head, Bryon (predeceased 1998) (Sherril) Myles of Minesing and Wanda (Peter) Myles Warder of Coldwater. Special grandmother of Melissa, Melanie, Ryan, Jon, Todd, Jeff, Jason, Darren, Cheri, Justin, Jordan, Justin, Shannon, Drew, Alli and Landon and great grandmother of Alexander, Jacob, Jessica, Aryanna, Ashley, Dylan, Willow, Tobin, Violet, Lena, Brooklyn, Kobe and Wyatt. She will be missed by her sisters-in-law Jean Jones of Collingwood and Phylis Jones of Arnprior as well as special friends Wenda Taylor and Penny Monteith. Kay was predeceased by her husband George, son Bryon, infant son Clark, parents Ethel (Clarke) and Merton Jones, brothers Cecil, Harry, Ron, Merle and Bruce, sister Lois and special friend Verd Tucker.Visitation will be held at the Bethel Missionary Church, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's Head on Thursday, August 12, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Church on Friday, August 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Eastnor Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the Lion's Head Hospital or 100 Huntley Street would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
