Obituary of Roberto Catricala

CATRICALA, Robertoof Pike Bay, and formerly of Toronto, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 in his 65th year. Cherished husband and best friend of Barbara. Dear father of Kim Hoey (Steve Miller) of Pike Bay, Colin Hoey of Barrie, Alan (Gemma) Hoey of Brampton, Jodie Wood of Penetanguishine, Gary Hoey (Dana Leahey) of Bancroft and Kevin Hoey (Debbie Pearson) of Hamilton. Special grandfather of Shelby, Victoria, Ashley, Brittany, Trent, Patrick, Nathan, Brice, Blake, Emily H., Arianna, Kaitlyn, Emily L. and Matthew and great grandfather of Cohen. Roberto is survived by brother Antonio of Toronto and sisters Maria Catricala and Lina Catricala both of Italy as well as nieces and nephews Raffaele, Angela, Maria, Pina and Rossario. He was predeceased by his parents Raffaele and Angela and sisters Pina.In respect of Roberto's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at the DAVIDSON CHAPEL, 71 Main Street, Lion's Head on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Donations made to the Lion's Head Hospital would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
