Surrounded by his family at his residence Saturday evening April 30, 2016. Nelson Lyons of Lion's Head in his 70th year. Beloved partner of Joanne Mackie. Cherished father of Marsha Kelly and her partner Bobby Hofstrand of Lion's Head, Marty Mackie and his wife Lisa of Markdale, Sherry Lyons and Danette Lyons. Loved grandfather of Travis Kelly (Natalie), Karlee Kelly (Jeff), Angel Mackie and Pauline Mackie. Dear brother of Patricia (Jerry) Overhoff of Ottawa, Dale (Susan) Lyons of Tobermory, Randy Lyons of Lion's Head and Rona (Sheila) Lyons of Wiarton and brother-in-law of Marie (Romayne) Wilson of Tobermory, Donalda (Tom) McAfee of Tobermory and Trish (Bill) Thompson of Lion's Head. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Dorothy (Bridge) and Ronald Lyons.
