I will be doing the service for Sandy on Saturday but wanted to take this opportunity to say that I am honored to do this for you and for Sandy. It was special to get to know Sandy the short time we had her at Summit. What a strong and interesting lady. Even on her difficult days when she was not well she showed such spunk and strength. She always endeavored to rise above her circumstances. My thoughts are with you today, tomorrow and in the days to come as you say goodbye. I have been working on the service this week and it is a fearsome responsibility to say what is right for the family and to honor Sandy. Thank you for sharing her with us.
