Obituary of Bernice Esther Nixon

NIXON, Bernice Esther peacefully with family by her side at Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion's Head Tuesday morning December 4, 2018.  Bernice Nixon (nee Smith) of Lion's Head in her 96th year.  Beloved wife of the late Norman 'Dick' Nixon (2015).  Cherished mother of Linda (pre 2013) and her husband David Wensel of Daytona Beach, Florida, Noreen and her husband Robert Clement of Massey and Glenna Nixon and her husband Jim Lonie of Ferndale.  Much loved grandmother of Shandy, Kim and Tricia and several great and great great grandchildren.  Missed by sisters-in-law Ila Nixon of Owen Sound and Dorris Nixon of Guelph.  Predeceased by brother Glen Smith and sisters Margaret Shouldice, Mae Martin and Jean Smith.  The funeral service will be conducted from the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION'S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion's Head on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m.  Rev.
