Obituary of Delmar Stewart

STEWART, John Delmar 'Del' suddenly at his residence Tuesday afternoon September 17, 2019.  Del Stewart of Wiarton in his 82nd year.  Beloved husband of Joyce (nee Bridge).  Cherished father of Peggy Jarvis and her husband Darrell of Hepworth, Stephen and his wife Cathy of London, Dale of Owen Sound and Benjamin and his wife Jan of Arthur.  Much loved grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 5.  Dear brother of Don and his wife Marilyn, Murray and his wife Doris and Margaret Bruin and her husband Fred all of Wiarton and brother-in-law of June Stewart of Chatsworth and Burneice Stewart of Owen Sound.  Predeceased by parents Mary (nee Pyke) and William Earl Stewart, brothers Gary and Allan and sisters Vivian Burt (Jack) and Eileen Miller (Jim).  The funeral service will be conducted from the Wiarton Propeller Club on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 12:00 noon with visitation 2 hours prior to the service.  Interment Oxenden Cemetery.  Expressions of remembrance to the Wiarton Hospital would be appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
