Obituary of Perry Smith

SMITH, Perry James after a good fight, peacefully at University Hospital, London on Monday, May 2, 2022. Perry Smith of Cargill and formerly of Tobermory in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of  Kim Elliott. Cherished father of Curtis and his wife Marcedes and Cameron Smith and grandfather of William, Zander, Easton, Emerson, Olivia and Avery. Dear brother of Mary Ellen Schell and her partner Mark and brother-in-law of Jim Elliott and his wife Kathy, Sue Jagt and her husband Pete and Dee Risk and her husband Dennis and son-in-law of Norma Elliott.  Perry is the loved uncle to many nieces and nephews including the Smiths, the Hemstocks, and the Elliotts. He will be missed by them all.  Predeceased by his parents Betty Lou (nee Martin) and Terry Smith and father-in-law Gord Elliott.

The funeral service will be conducted from the Light and Life Chapel, Tobermory on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The family requests that masks be worn.
