I loved Mildred Lobban, worked with Mildred at General and Marine Hospital and GBRH in the kitchen , she was a wonderful woman and I used to tell her"Mildred when I grow up I want to be just like You' she would laugh but I really meant it I was 34 and stayed in the kitchen for 9 years until I transferred to SPD, your mother was a treasure to many and sad I am to hear of her passing, she was all that and more Kind caring and very much loved by all who knew her am sure rest in peace Mildred knowing you made a huge difference in my life, God Bless her children ,grandchildren and greats Judy Morris

Mildred was the gentle soul who took a rookie dietitian under her wing and taught her the best tips of baking for many years. She always had a smile and greeting and made a point of asking how I was doing. She will be missed.

A woman who without any pretence, was a strong, determined, kind and loving lady. I always marveled at her; teaching herself excel spreadsheets, sewing genius of all things and I will always smile thinking about a conversation after her visit to the CN Tower “it was terrific but I would have really liked to do the outside walk”. I believe this was after her 90th birthday! Above all, remembering her love of family and friends. Her genuine interest in hearing about our lives and her inquisitive nature as she always sought to learn and understand so many things. My sympathies to the entire family. While her passing will leave a huge void in the family, I pray you focus on the wonderful memories of her, your time together and how blessed you all were to have her in your life and know her love. Hugs.

Dwayne, Diane, Carey, Dean, Skylar and Curtis:
As your hearts are filled with sadness at this time please know that your mother, grandmother and great grandmother was a wonderful woman with a beautiful soul. She is at peace now.
