Obituary of Mildred Lobban

LOBBAN, Mildred Gladys (nee Bridge) in her 98th year. Wife of the late Robert Russell (Jim) Lobban passed away Friday December 9th, 2022 at GBHS Owen Sound. Loving mother of Dwayne and Diane Lobban of Wiarton, Brenda and late husband Neil Ward of Lake Charles and Yvonne and Bryan Pinch of Southampton. Loving grandmother of Carey, Dean and Curtis Lobban, Melissa Solomon (Joe) and Sarah Ward (Phil Smyth), Matthew Pinch (Angel) and Jennie Pinch and 9 great grandchildren. Sister to Francis McGibbon, Allene Rydall, Allan and Barb Bridge, Kathleen Lougheed, Ruth Drodge, Bernice Drodge and Eleanor Fries. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Wesley and Rebecca Bridge and siblings Neta Rydall, Dorothy Lyons, Claire Wakeman, Carman Bridge, Betty Fosty and grandson Benjamin Pinch (1981).

A graveside service will be conducted at Oxenden Cemetery on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion, Wiarton immediately following the service.  Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.
