I am so sorry for the loss the family is feeling right now.
Over your life time share Eleanor’s stories (we know she had a lot of them). I loved her knowledge of her family history and knew who was related to who and how. And then came a story connecting them somehow.They will be cherished and new ones will be missed.

Sincere condolences to Dana and family.
Eleanor always had a smile on her face and answer to any question. We had some great visits and laughs this past summer reminiscing family history. Eleanor’s Mom and my Great Grandmother where sisters. Eleanor will be missed dearly but never forgotten.

Dana and Family. We did not know Eleanor that well, but when ever we were around, her we knew she was a little spit fire. The best part of her life is she has raised another little spit fire, Dana. Rest in Peace Eleanor. Thinking of the family at this most difficult time.

We were saddened to hear about Eleanor's death. She was one special girl. Her & I went to high school together and remained friends. We worked together a few years back and she was always fun to be around, had a great sence of humor and enjoyed life to the fullest. Deepest Sympathy to Dana and the rest of Eleanor's family. We knew her for many years dating back to when she owned the family store on Berford Street in Wiarton.
Eleanor was always friendly, kind and always told it like it was. We loved her very much and it is an honour to have called her our true friend.

We were so very saddened to hear of Eleanor’s passing. I have fond memories of she and Dan at their grocery store (which for a time was next to my Mom’s ladies wear shop). So sorry for your loss. Eleanor was a good old girl, full of spunk. As a child I remember going to the farm to swing in the barn. One summer she and Kay Blacklock rented a little cabin by my house.I thought those two were just the best, out working on their own.They offered 12 year old me a beer. I said sure,lol can't stand the taste of beer to this day.Dana you were blessed to have her for your Mom. Hugs.
