Obituary of Bill McKenzie

McKENZIE, William (Bill) Ralph of Wiarton, peacefully at Brightshores Health System, Wiarton, on October 3, 2023, in his 90th year. By his side were his wife Mary Lou and daughter Diane.  Cherished husband of Mary Lou, Bill was predeceased by wife Shirley (1989).  Adored father of Diane McKenzie of Owen Sound, the late Kim McKenzie (2016) and Janice Medeiros (McKenzie) and her husband Ed of Oakville.  Much loved grandfather of Emily, Olivia, Emmanuel, and Zephaniah. Dear brother of Joyce Halferdahl of Edmonton and Ross McKenzie (2015).  Predeceased by parents Winnifred (nee Ross) and Ralph McKenzie.

The funeral service will be held at St. John's United Church, Wiarton on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.   Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton.  Expressions of remembrance to Wiarton Hospital c/o Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation or St. John's United Church would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
